Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Nature

Quality Bookkeeping & Accounting Services provides digital and remote bookkeeping software support services. No physical products are sold or shipped.

Refund Policy

  • Payments made for annual service plans are non-refundable once services have been delivered or initiated
  • Refund requests are reviewed only if:
  • No service has been provided, and
  • The request is made in writing within the applicable cooling-off period (where required by law)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case, based on:

  • Services already delivered
  • Time spent
  • Resources allocated

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel future services by submitting a written request
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund
  • Access to services will continue until the end of the paid service period unless otherwise agreed

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in service suspension and submission of service evidence to the bank.

Quality Bookkeeping & Accounting Services reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
